The seventh annual conference for those interested in organic grain production in the Upper Midwest will feature expert farmers, researchers and industry representatives sharing their knowledge, along with ample opportunity for networking and discussion. Speakers, panelists, and round table discussions will  highlight issues important to organic grain farmers. New this year, there will be a track that focuses on culinary grain production, in addition to the extensive information for row-crop producers. Businesses will also be represented to provide educational tables and conversation about products and services useful for organic grain operations.
