For several years, the Global Alliance has worked with members and partners to bring food systems transformation into the heart of climate discussions during Climate Week NYC.

Together with partners, we have convened and participated in a wide range of events—from large public summits examining the links between petrochemicals, agrochemicals, climate, and health to focused strategy sessions on scaling funding for regenerative and agroecological approaches.

Through these moments, we aim to elevate the role of food systems in climate solutions and strengthen collaboration across philanthropy, research, policy, and civil society.

Members of the Global Alliance Secretariat team will attend events throughout the week, including Executive Director Anna Lappé, Deputy Director Lauren Baker, and Climate & Nature Director Ruchi Tripathi will represent the Alliance throughout the week.
