As part of a global campaign, the Ecosystem Restoration Camps are joining forces with the non-profit Mexican Via Organica and Regeneration International to develop a model for farmers in semi-arid regions to reabsorb carbon from the atmosphere, restore Soil fertility, improve rainwater retention and restore tree cover. We offer you the opportunity to learn how to restore degraded land, increase organic food production and build a model that works from regenerative practices in the highlands of Guanajuato north of central Mexico.
This practical experience and two-week cultural exchange at the Via Organic Educational Ranch, a training center 15 miles from the UN World Heritage site, San Miguel Allende, will help you develop your perspective and regenerative skills.
