We hear the words sustainable, ethical, ecological, green, carbon neutral, etc. frequently these days. What if rather than buying a new car – or switching over to the new advertised way of reducing our carbon footprint – we just need to go back to the basics? Regenerative agriculture is the only carbon negative, natural food production system that reduces carbon in the atmosphere and produces nutritionally dense food at the same time. This workshop will include time for questions and answers as well as a brief walk to discuss the process of biomass accumulation and the various functions of things that our culture calls “weeds.”
