What is soil? How does it impact on the health of our plants? How can we check its health? And how can we improve it?
On this workshop we will learn the essentials about soil and composting systems.
We will study different strategies for building a healthy soil such as mulching, leaf mould, crop rotation, homemade liquid fertilisers and composting both outdoors and indoors, with a special focus on wormcomposting.
After the session you will be able to decide what is the best approach to improve the soil health of your own urban garden.
