Tom will start by sharing his personal story from finding roots in Brighton through community gardening & climate activism; to learning about the world of soil biology & how many solutions to our deepest social & ecological crises are waiting for us to adopt a different approach to our food & farming system.

He’ll explain some of the main reasons why composting is so valuable as well as provide practical tips on how to make complete compost to restore living soil – the foundation of biodiversity on land.
