As part of a new research initiative, Rodale Institute is working towards understanding how organic farming management and improved soil health leads to improved human health. As a first step, we have begun nutrient testing of grains in our long-term Farming Systems Trial, entering its 41st year, and other trials on the farm. This webinar will provide an update of nutrient testing of small grains and corn that includes minerals, protein, amino acids, and the nutraceutical amino acid ergothioneine.
