Webinar – Silvopasture Listening Sessions

01/28/2021

Join us for two Silvopasture Listening Sessions on January 28 and February 11 presented by the Southwest Agroforestry Action Network and the Quivira Coalition. They feature three speakers: Maurice Robinette, Arnold Clifford, and Hugh Fitzsimons. Through presentations and participant discussion we will gain a better understanding of silvopasture in the Southwest. Bring your questions, concerns, and experiences with silvopasture!

What is silvopasture? Silvopasture is the intentional integration of livestock, forage and trees! The practice is much older than its name, and isn’t always called “silvopasture.” You’ll get to learn all about it at these two listening sessions. You can also learn more about silvopasture here.

The January 28th session will feature Maurice Robinette and Arnold Clifford. There will be Q&A and short breakout discussions. The February 11th session will feature Hugh Fitzsimons and will have longer facilitated breakout sessions to hear from participants. The sessions build on each other and the final session will be especially focused on participant discussion.
