Reducing tillage is one of the best ways to improve soil health on your farm. However, a lot of no-till practices are specific to large-scale row crops and are hard to implement on diversified vegetable farms. In recent years, the practice of reducing tillage on small-scale vegetable farms has been gaining momentum. Join the Land Stewardship Project for an online presentation and conversation with Les Macare and Els Dobrick of Racing Heart Farm as they share their experiences with implementing no-till practices on their farm in western Wisconsin to increase soil health and efficiency.
