Workshop – Foundations of Regenerative Organisations

06/15/2020 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Learn how to manage and design organisations with life in mind in this 2 day workshop

About this Event

The traditional hierarchical, mechanistic approach to how we manage our farms, organisations and people is failing us, our communities, and our planet. We need to radically reimagine our land and organisations as complex living systems with unrealised potential and create the conditions for this potential to be realised and health, abundance and resilience to emerge.

In this course, the Ata Regenerative team will take you on a journey to design and manage your business and organisation as a Regenerative Organisation where healthy land, thriving members, resilience, and value and wealth creation are recurring outcomes of its underlying health.

The course begins on June 16 with a second session on June 23 – don’t miss it!

One ticket will give you access to both sessions.

Session 1 – June 16, 10 am – 12 pm NZ standard time

Living systems science and how it informs how we design and manage farms, organisations, networks and communities with Jeff Su of nRhythm.

The Regenerative Principles from our understanding of living systems science, their application to design and the nRhythm Regenerative Framework, a radically different framework for organisational design and management with Hugh Jellie of Ata Regenerative.

Session 2 – June 23, 10 am – 12 pm NZ standard time

The core concepts of Regenerative Organisations and the shifts required to support the transformational change possible with regenerative design. Step by step practical application of Regenerative Design to organisations, with Tre’ Cates of nRhythm.

“The course was a powerful deep dive into how to apply living systems frameworks to design an organization. I learned new tools, step-by-step processes, powerful frameworks and most fulfilling of all I now have a deeper understanding of what life and living is. Highly recommend this course to anyone interested in designing and creating an abundant diverse and resilient future.”
