Using ground covers and reduced tillage can decrease reliance on chemical inputs in vegetable production. This talk covers some regenerative agriculture techniques and preliminary results from a field study in tomatoes.

In this workshop, led by agroecological adviser Niels Corfield, you will learn how to apply the principles of regenerative agriculture to improve and monitor soil health on your farm for optimum crop and livestock performance.

He has authored a book, “Dirt to Soil, One Family’s Journey to Regenerative Agriculture.”
