In October 2022, Rodale Institute’s inaugural Regenerative Healthcare Conference convened healthcare practitioners for 4 days of cutting-edge programming about food as medicine, linking soil health and human health. Following the overwhelmingly successful first year conference, which included a visit to the St. Luke’s – Rodale Institute Organic Hospital Farm, demand for knowledge about how to implement similar farm-to-hospital models skyrocketed.

In response, Rodale Institute is announcing the 2023 Regenerative Healthcare Conference: Farm-to-Healthcare Immersion, a 2-day conference designed to provide step-by-step guidance on how to create a successful farm-to-institution model, with an emphasis on health-focused institutions.

This exclusive, in-person event is tailored to leaders at the forefront of sustainable health systems innovation driving transformative change.

Our attendees represent healthcare and hospital systems, senior living facilities, academic institutions, and food service providers, among others passionate about the role local, nutrient dense food plays in health.

Attendees will learn how to adopt, scale, and leverage a farm-to-institution model to elevate both health outcomes and brand.
